GTA 런던의 베타 콘텐츠 1(GTA)

틀:Beta 이 문서는 틀:L69(GTA)와 틀:L61(GTA)의 개발 과정에서 삭제되거나 변경된 콘텐츠를 기록하며, 대부분은 원래의 틀:1(GTA) 콘텐츠 중 게임 내에는 존재하지만 사용되지 않은 데이터들로 구성되어 있습니다.

초기 컨셉

윈도우 버전 게임의 .exe 파일에서 발견된 디버그 데이터 문자열(MS-DOS 버전에는 없음)은 Grand Theft Auto: London 1969의 내부 프로젝트명이 "GTAUK" 이전에는 원래 "GTA2"였음을 시사합니다. 비록 Grand Theft Auto 2와 런던 미션 팩들이 서로 다른 스튜디오에서 동시에 개발되었지만, 이는 록스타 캐나다 개발팀이 DMA 디자인의 승인을 받아 게임을 GTA2라고 부르려 했거나, 단순히 기본 게임과 구분하기 위한 내부 코드네임이었을 가능성을 보여줍니다.

미션

원작 GTA (1997)의 잔재

원래 Grand Theft Auto의 텍스트(보너스, 튜토리얼 등) 대다수는 캐릭터의 틀:WP 영국식 악센트에 맞춰 미국식 영어에서 영국식 영어로 수정되었습니다(예시: 크레인 보너스#크레인 조작자 대사). 원작 Grand Theft Auto의 "ENGLISH.FXT" 텍스트 파일에 있던 일부 문자열은 GTA London의 "ENGUK.FXT" 파일에서 삭제되거나, 교체되거나, 혹은 사용되지 않은 채로 남겨졌습니다.

보너스

원작 Grand Theft Auto에서 유래한 "Bitch Slappin' Bonus"(창녀 때리기 보너스, Rasta Blasta - 전화 9 도중 발생)에 대한 텍스트 문자열은 GTA London 미션 팩에서 전혀 발생하지 않기 때문에 사용되지 않고 남아있습니다. 이 텍스트는 영국식 악센트로 수정되지 않았으며, 보상 금액 또한 게임 내 화폐 단위(10으로 나눈 값)에 맞게 조정되지 않은 것으로 보아 GTA London에서 사용될 의도가 없었던 것으로 추정됩니다.

무기

화염병(Petrol Bomb)

원작 Grand Theft Auto 파일에서 발견된 미사용 무기인 "화염병"은 GTA London 파일에도 수정되지 않은 채 그대로 남아있습니다. 원래는 등장할 예정이었던 것으로 보입니다. ENGUK.FXT 파일 내 무기 이름 항목은 화염방사기와 속도 증가 파워업 사이에 나열되어 있습니다.

화염병의 애니메이션 픽업 스프라이트는 여전히 스프라이트 시트 파일에 존재합니다. 그러나 GTA London용으로 HUD 아이콘이 업데이트되면서, 화염병의 HUD 아이콘은 삭제되었습니다.

탈것

원작 Grand Theft Auto에서 언급된 탈것들(원작 게임에서 보였거나 보이지 않았던 것들 포함)은 GTA London 1969에서 사용되지 않습니다. 보트와 미사용 헬리콥터의 스프라이트는 스프라이트 시트 파일에서 삭제되었습니다.

감전사(Electrocution Death)

사망 시 감전되는 연출은 GTA London에서 비활성화되었습니다. 감전사 애니메이션을 트리거할 전기 철로가 없기 때문입니다. 원작 Grand Theft Auto의 사망 애니메이션에 사용된 해골 스프라이트는 파일 내에 사용되지 않은 채 남아있습니다.

군사 기지 소품

탄약 상자와 의료용품을 포함한 바이스 시티 군사 기지의 스프라이트들은 파일 내에 사용되지 않은 채 남아있습니다.

경찰 바리케이드

수배 레벨 시스템에 사용되던 경찰 바리케이드가 비활성화되면서, 바리케이드 소품들은 파일 내에서 사용되지 않고 있습니다.

원작 GTA (1997)의 HUD 구역

런던 맵은 원작 리버티 시티 맵을 기반으로 개발되었습니다. 모든 리버티 시티의 구역과 텍스처는 게임 내 런던 맵으로 교체되었습니다. 한편, 산 안드레아스와 바이스 시티 맵은 삭제되었습니다. 폐기된 맵의 구역 이름들은 "ENGUK.FXT" 파일에서 사용되지 않고 남아있습니다:
